Do you get the right amount of nutrients every day?
You will notice that healthy food has many positive effects on your body.
This gives you more energy, higher resistance, better night's sleep, sharper concentration, nicer skin and of course it also helps to gain and maintain a perfect weight.
If you eat unhealthily, have too little physical activity, experience too much stress and do not relax enough, it can lead to psychological problems, over weight/obesity, cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes (TNO, 2017).

CAREER

You are probably at work most of your life!
It makes a big difference whether you see work as an obligation or whether you do it for pleasure.
Anyway, research shows that people who lead an active working life are generally happier than people who don't (Schmeets, 2013).
In any case, it is nice if you work in the right place, in a position that fits well with your qualities and in which you get the opportunity to continue to develop.
To achieve this, you sometimes need someone to advise you, hold up a mirror to you and give you a little push when needed.

This is mainly because of our down-to-earth and relaxed lifestyle.
